About BORNXCREATE

BORNXCREATE is an independent footwear customization business based in California, United States. This website is operated by BORNXCREATE. Questions about this website, our products, or this notice may be directed to support@bornxcreate.shop.

\n\n

Independent Customization

We purchase authentic footwear manufactured by third-party brands and independently customize and alter it after purchase. Depending on the product, our work may include painting, sewn leather additions, and modifications to existing soles. We do not replace soles or reproduce third-party logos.

\n\n

The finished products offered by BORNXCREATE have been altered from their original manufacturer's configuration. The original footwear is manufactured by the applicable third-party brand; the subsequent customization is performed by BORNXCREATE. Please review each product description for details of the customization offered.

\n\n

No Affiliation or Endorsement

BORNXCREATE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Nike, Inc., Jordan Brand, or any other third-party footwear brand whose products we customize.

\n\n

Our customization work is performed independently and is not authorized or approved by those brands. Customized products offered by BORNXCREATE are not official collaborations with those brands.

\n\n

Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos, including Nike, the Swoosh, Jordan, and the Jumpman logo, belong to their respective owners. BORNXCREATE does not claim ownership of these marks.

\n\n

References to third-party brands and original logos visible on footwear or in product photographs identify the original footwear being customized. Their appearance does not indicate that the trademark owner performed, sponsored, endorsed, or approved BORNXCREATE's customization work.

\n\n

BORNXCREATE Content

BORNXCREATE retains its rights in its original branding, website content, photographs, and customization designs to the extent protected by applicable law. These rights do not extend to third-party intellectual property incorporated into or depicted in that content. Nothing on this website grants permission to use intellectual property belonging to BORNXCREATE or any third party, except as permitted by applicable law or with permission from the relevant rights holder.

\n\n

OVERVIEW

\n\n

Welcome to BORNXCREATE! The terms \"we\", \"us\" and \"our\" refer to BORNXCREATE. BORNXCREATE operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the \"Services\"). BORNXCREATE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

\n\n

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these \"Terms of Service\" or \"Terms\"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

\n\n

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

\n\n

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use or access our Services.

\n\n

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

\n\n

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

\n\n

To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

\n\n

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

\n\n

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND INDEPENDENT CUSTOMIZATION

\n\n

BORNXCREATE is an independent footwear customization business based in California. We purchase authentic footwear manufactured by third-party brands and independently customize and alter it after purchase. Depending on the product, our work may include painting, sewn leather additions, and modifications to existing soles. We do not replace soles or reproduce third-party logos. The products we sell have been customized by BORNXCREATE and differ from their original manufacturer's configuration.

\n\n

BORNXCREATE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Nike, Inc., Jordan Brand, or any other third-party footwear brand whose products we customize. Our customization work is performed independently and is not authorized or approved by those brands. Original trademarks or logos remaining on the footwear identify the original branded footwear and do not indicate that the brand performed or approved our modifications.

\n\n

Please review the individual product description for details of the customization offered. Questions about your purchase or customization should be directed to BORNXCREATE at support@bornxcreate.shop.

\n\n

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.

\n\n

Hand-applied customization may result in minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish between individual products. This does not limit your rights under applicable law if a product is defective or does not conform to its description.

\n\n

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. Changes to product descriptions do not alter the agreed specifications of an order we have already accepted without your agreement. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

\n\n

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

\n\n

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. BORNXCREATE reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until BORNXCREATE confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.

\n\n

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as BORNXCREATE may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted, subject to any cancellation rights provided by applicable law. In the event that we do not accept, propose a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including any applicable charges required to be refunded by law.

\n\n

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and any rights available under applicable law.

\n\n

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

\n\n

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

\n\n

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

\n\n

Prices posted in our online stores may be different from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may offer, from time to time, promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms for a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

\n\n

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

\n\n

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

\n\n

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

\n\n

Please review our Shipping Policy for information about processing, shipping, and delivery.

\n\n

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control may cause delays. If a delay occurs, any notice, cancellation, refund, or other rights and obligations required by applicable law will continue to apply.

\n\n

Title and risk of loss transfer to you as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory requirement that we remain responsible for products until they are delivered to you.

\n\n

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

\n\n

The Services contain content owned by BORNXCREATE, licensed to us, or owned by third parties. BORNXCREATE retains its rights in its original website content, branding, and designs. We do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, or other intellectual property appearing on the Services or on the footwear we customize.

\n\n

All third-party trademarks, including Nike, the Swoosh, Jordan, and the Jumpman logo, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Services or on customized footwear does not indicate any affiliation with, sponsorship of, or endorsement of BORNXCREATE by those owners. Applicable U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws protect the respective owners' rights.

\n\n

These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Except as permitted by applicable law, you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services without permission from the applicable rights holder.

\n\n

Except as expressly provided herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting a license or other rights to you under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of BORNXCREATE, Shopify or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may be a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by their respective owners.

\n\n

BORNXCREATE's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of BORNXCREATE or its affiliates or licensors. Except as permitted by applicable law, you must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of BORNXCREATE. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

\n\n

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

\n\n

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

\n\n

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools \"as is\" and \"as available\" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

\n\n

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

\n\n

We may also, in the future, offer new features through the Services, including the release of new tools and resources. Such new features shall also be deemed part of the Services and are subject to these Terms of Service.

\n\n

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

\n\n

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties, including embedded third-party functionality. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access these materials or third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.

\n\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Please review the third party's policies and practices carefully and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction.

\n\n

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding purchases made from third-party websites should be directed to the relevant third party. Questions or concerns about customized products purchased from BORNXCREATE should be directed to us.

\n\n

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

\n\n

BORNXCREATE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with BORNXCREATE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and BORNXCREATE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with BORNXCREATE.

\n\n

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

\n\n

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

\n\n

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide services to you. Review our Privacy Policy for more details on how we, Shopify, and our partners use your personal information.

\n\n

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

\n\n

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals, plans, or other content (collectively, \"Feedback\"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including for commercial use, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may, for example, use our rights under this license to operate, provide, evaluate, enhance, improve and promote the Services and to perform our obligations and exercise our rights under the Terms of Service.

\n\n

You also represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to all Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your submission of Feedback; and (iii) your Feedback will comply with these Terms. Except as required by applicable law or our Privacy Policy, we are under no obligation (1) to maintain your Feedback in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for your Feedback; or (3) to respond to your Feedback.

\n\n

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, unrelated to the Services, or in violation of any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service. We will not prohibit or penalize honest consumer reviews protected by applicable law.

\n\n

You agree that your Feedback will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are responsible for the Feedback you submit and its accuracy.

\n\n

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

\n\n

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted your order. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including any applicable charges required to be refunded by law.

\n\n

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

\n\n

You may access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not access or use the Services, directly or indirectly:

\n\n

For any unlawful or malicious purpose;
To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;

To impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; or
To engage in other unlawful or disruptive conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services or exposes BORNXCREATE, Shopify, or users of the Services to harm or liability.

\n\n

In addition, you agree not to:

\n\n

Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services without authorization, except as permitted by applicable law;
Collect or track the personal information of others without lawful authorization;
Spam, phish, pharm, or pretext the Services;
Use robots, spiders, scraping tools, data gathering or extraction tools, or other automated processes to access the Services without our authorization, except for Agents operating in accordance with Section 14; or
Interfere with, bypass, or circumvent security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers, or other measures we employ to restrict access to the Services.

\n\n

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section prohibits honest consumer reviews or other conduct protected by applicable law.

\n\n

SECTION 14 - AGENTS

\n\n

14.1 This section (\"Agent Terms\") applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access, use, or interact with any Services. \"Agent\" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity and that can be executed on behalf of a person or using a person's device, without direct supervision.

\n\n

14.2 No Agent may access, use, or interact with Services unless, at all times, it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with the requirements in Section 14.4 below. In addition, no Agent may access, use, or interact with Services if we have requested that the Agent refrain from accessing, using, or interacting with any Service.

\n\n

14.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses, uses, and interacts with Services.

\n\n

14.4 Agents must:

\n\n

In all HTTP/HTTPS requests, identify that the request is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following in the request's user agent string: \"Agent/[agent name]\";
Not conceal or obfuscate that any access, use, or interactions are from an Agent, such as by mimicking human behavior and interaction patterns or completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or measures intended to distinguish computer use from humans;
Respond truthfully to any question or prompt seeking to determine if interactions are coming from a human or a computer; and
Not circumvent or otherwise avoid any measure intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how Agents access, use, or interact with the Services.

\n\n

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION

\n\n

Subject to applicable law, we may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or any part thereof, at any time. You will remain liable for amounts properly due up to and including the date of termination. Termination does not affect any refund, delivery, or other obligations we have concerning existing orders under applicable law.

\n\n

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

\n\n

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

\n\n

General informational content on the Services is provided for general information purposes. It does not replace the specific descriptions or express commitments we make concerning products you purchase.

\n\n

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY BORNXCREATE AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED \"AS IS\" AND \"AS AVAILABLE,\" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

\n\n

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

\n\n

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY WARRANTY, CONSUMER GUARANTEE, REMEDY, OR OTHER RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

\n\n

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

\n\n

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BORNXCREATE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

\n\n

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS YOUR NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES.

\n\n

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

\n\n

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BORNXCREATE, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from losses, damages, liabilities or third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from the negligence, misconduct, or legal violation of the party seeking indemnification.

\n\n

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld. You will reasonably cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents.

\n\n

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

\n\n

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

\n\n

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

\n\n

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

\n\n

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us concerning your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals concerning that subject matter, whether oral or written, including prior versions of these Terms of Service. This provision does not exclude express commitments concerning an accepted order or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

\n\n

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

\n\n

You may not delegate, transfer or assign this agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations, provided that doing so does not reduce your rights under these Terms or applicable law. We will provide notice where required by law.

\n\n

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

\n\n

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States.

\n\n

Subject to applicable law, you and BORNXCREATE consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the laws of your place of residence or require you to bring a claim in California where applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

\n\n

SECTION 23 - HEADINGS

\n\n

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

\n\n

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

\n\n

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

\n\n

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. We will notify you of material changes in accordance with applicable law, and those changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

\n\n

Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an order we have already accepted unless you agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

\n\n

Shipping Policy
\nThank you for shopping with BORNXCREATE. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.

\n\n

Production and Processing Times
\nMany BORNXCREATE products, including select footwear styles, limited-release items, and custom products, are made to order. Made-to-order items are produced after your purchase is placed and may require additional time before shipment.

\n\n

Made-to-order footwear and custom items typically require approximately 4–6 weeks for production and processing before shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary based on order volume, production schedules, material availability, holidays, quality control, and other factors outside of our control.

\n\n

Ready-to-ship items, when available, are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

\n\n

Shipping and Delivery
\nShipping time begins after your order has completed production, passed processing, and been transferred to the shipping carrier. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

\n\n

Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and refer to transit time only. These estimates do not include production or processing time for made-to-order items unless expressly stated.

\n\n

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond BORNXCREATE’s control.

\n\n

Extended Production Timelines
\nBecause made-to-order products are produced specifically for each customer, extended timelines may occur. By purchasing a made-to-order item, you acknowledge that your order may take several weeks to complete before shipment.

\n\n

If a significant production delay occurs, BORNXCREATE will make reasonable efforts to provide updates when available.

\n\n

Shipping Rates
\nShipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

\n\n

Tracking Information
\nOnce your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives and scans your package.

\n\n

Address Accuracy
\nCustomers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. BORNXCREATE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

\n\n

If you need to request an address correction, please contact us immediately at support@bornxcreate.shop. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed, processed, sent into production, or shipped.

\n\n

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
